How does the Unlimited Support work?

Easy. You are a stuck at a question, take a picture, email us and expect an answer in 24h. That being said, we really encourage you to try and solve the question before sending to us, that’s how you learn! We cannot provide the final answers to assignments, but we will always be there to guide you through the problem.

How does the Weeklies package work?

The student and the Tutor decide on a time during the week to meet, for approximately 18 weeks (an entire semester). During the session, the Tutor will provide weekly course pack and will go over the topics covered in class that week. The package also include a midterm and a Final crash course.

What is the difference between the Weeklies and The Group Weeklies?

As the name suggests, the group weeklies involves a study group having the session at the same time. You would get the same service provided at the weeklies, but at a cheaper rate. Note that group studies is minimum 3 people and cannot exceed 5 people.

I do not have a group, but would like to take advantage of the reduced rate.

No problem, let us know that you are open to join a study group and we will notify you when a group is a available.

How long are the sessions?

It depends on the student. Generally, a session is 60 minutes.

What is the cancellation policy?

If for any reason you are not satisficed with the service, please find below the cancelation policy:

For the hourly service, you can cancel up to 3 hours before your session.

For the weeklies and Intro to Cal, you can cancel your subscription up to 3 hours before your scheduled session. However, you will be charged the hourly rate for the classes taken and get a refund of the remaining balance.

What if my course is not there?

Currently, the weeklies only focus on Math. That being said, consult us about your course and if it is offered, only the hourly service would be possible.

Are the courses given in French?

All sessions are given in French or English.
